We collect your email address and pharmacy license number at registration. This information is used solely to verify your eligibility and provide you access to the Platform. We do not collect any other personal information.
Patient Data
RPhNote does not collect, process, or store patient information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that no identifiable patient data is entered into the Platform.
Data Storage
RPhNote does not store notes, session content, or any clinical documentation you generate. All content exists only during your active session and is not saved by the Platform.
AI-Powered Features
RPhNote includes an optional AI-powered note generation feature. If you choose to use it, the text you enter during that session may be processed by a third-party AI provider solely to generate your note. This feature is entirely optional and you can use the Platform without it. We never use your inputs to train AI models or build datasets.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party, except as required by law.
Your Rights
